[Kotahi] An overview of the past 10 months and whats queued for development

We've had a busy start to the year. Here's an overview of the enhancements
implemented over the last 10 months and the work queued for Q1 and Q2 2022;

Lastly, we're been thinking about how to handle versioning when publishing
peer reviews (in the case of PRC workflows). What constitutes a review
version? Is it related to the preprint version? What if the review is
modified due to a typo/grammatical error, does the re-publishing of the
review post constitute a new version? Are you applying a
semantic versioning approach to reviews? We want your insight to inform the
solution design in Kotahi.
