[Kotahi] Tosin's introduction

Hi Everyone,

I am following Tosin's lead in introducing myself. I am Alison
McGonagle-O'Connell. I am a fan and friend of Coko since 2018, when I first
joined the org as community manager. I am super excited that this moment
has arrived and I can't wait to begin working together on Kotahi and in the
community!
