Hi everyone,

It's been a very busy couple of weeks. Here's an overview of the tasks
included in our latest deployment to the Kotahi repo;

   1. First user should be made admin automatically
   2. Add a login link to frontpage
   3. Improve responsive design of the manuscript submission statement
   4. Confirmation modal popup when deleting a manuscript
   5. HTML to jats chokes on tables with headers in them
   6. Configure Label filters in Manuscripts view
   7. Manuscripts view Status filter does not filter when selected
   8. User ID and username field UI/UX enhancements
   9. 'Update form' action on Forms is not working properly
   10. Add 'Reviewer disclaimer' on the Review Page
   11. Admin can make other users admin via the Users page
   12. Submission Form text field styling continuity issue
   13. Manuscripts page does not refresh after a submission deletion
