[Kotahi] Publishing manuscripts via Flax

Hi everyone,

Here's a quick update on some recent development work.

We're currently working on a static website builder ('Flax') that will
cater for the publishing of manuscripts from Kotahi - here's a link to the

Flax technical overview;
- Kotahi API will collect and organize data to be sent to an endpoint.
- Collate structured data from manuscript and submission form for
publishing. Metatags will be added to the <head> of the manuscripts page.
- Upon clicking on 'Publish', Flax will receive data and instantaneously
build a manuscript page.

Flax publishing page features overview;
- Organised manuscript lists by category or other associated metadata.
- Manuscript search.
- Export to PDF/ePub and other formats using Paged.js.
